Tisenhult-gruppen has acquired the properties Hammars Småbruk and Vreta in Haninge. The properties are 520 hectares in total of which 370 hectares consist of productive forests. Both properties originate from the estate Hammar that was formed in the beginning of the 19th century by merging together four nearby smaller estates. The property contains a small number of buildings and a rich and varied plant and animal life.
The close location to densely populated areas bodes well for future development opportunities. Tisenhult-gruppen looks forward to taking care of and developing these properties with a long-term sustainability focus.
